  Very friendly and professional. As soon as I walked in someone was over to talk with me. They are very accommodating and talked me through all the options available to me showing me a number of used cars and also the options available for new car.
  
  Never felt pressured into buying a new vehicle over a used one , in the end I went with a new one as that was the best option for me.

  Had a great experience dealing with Westbrook motors.
  Friendly, easy to deal with, efficient, all the options presented in a great detail. Very professional, especially Mark. I am delighted with my Outlander PHEV. I would highly recommend buying a car from Westbrook.

  These guys run a really impressive business, as soon as I walked in the door I was seen to immediately and brought into the service advisor Carl who was fully updated on Me and My vehicle’s current issue and had the parts on hand ready and waiting! Before I had even left the building Carl had my vehicle on the Technician’s ramp and work was underway!
  Upon Collection of my vehicle I was browsing the showroom and a very impressive salesman (Mark)spoke to me about an upcoming purchase I will be making in October, once I had concluded this conversation another Gentleman approached me and told me my vehicle was ready and he brought it around for me and explained everything they did to the vehicle, to say I was impressed was and understatement as I’m in the motor industry and know exactly what it takes to deliver service at this level! I will be back in October to purchase my new Eclipse Cross and continue to do business with Westbrook Motors for the long term, great job guys

  My dealings were excellent
  Also a year later I needed a small code for the radio
  Mark was back to me by the end of the day with it
  This was a year and a half later
  Their service is prompt professional with the personal family touch
